Egg-centric activities and a splash of “pink” dot the Pearland area with fun things to do this weekend!

1. Legally Blonde The Musical, an international award-winning musical based on the movie, arrives at Miller Outdoor Theater on Thursday, April 2 at 8 p.m. for a five-night run.  The action-packed musical follows Elle Woods in her pink attire as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Audiences have grown to love the stellar musical acts and entertainment offered with free admission at Miller Outdoor Theater which is just a short drive from Pearland.

2. Animals at the Houston Zoo will participate in their very own Animal Egg Hunt on Friday, April 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Elephants, chimpanzees, meerkats, and the baby Indian star tortoises will hunt, eat and play with eggs of all sizes in their own habitats.  Kids can take part in their own egg-themed scavenger hunt throughout the zoo for an extra special surprise.  The Houston Zoo is minutes away from Pearland off Highway 288.

3. Easter activities hop into Bass Pro Shops Pearland on Friday, April 3 through Sunday, April 5.  Activities include free photos with the Easter Bunny, crafts for the kids, plus a 1 hour egg hunt beginning at 2 p.m. for kids ages 2-10 on Saturday and Sunday.
