Inspired by the New York speakeasy trend of hidden gems filled with amazing cocktail offerings, Hembree is creating his own version in Pearland slated to open early fall 2015.

The yet-to-be named space will include a 1920s Prohibition-era inspired style where guests can indulge in fine, handcrafted fusion drinks paired with limited menu offerings. Live jazz trios on featured nights add to the setting. The underground bar concept with a seating capacity for 50 people will include a call-ahead reservation system to nab a spot.

“On a recent trip to New York, my friend introduced me to the speakeasy bars in the area. I was amazed by the experience and wanted to recreate the same feeling right here in Pearland,” according to Adrian Hembree, owner of Grazia Italian Kitchen.

Guests can savor a drink in seclusion and enjoy this intimate atmosphere with friends or family. Phone calls and texting are prohibited in this 1920s inspired space to preserve a sense of seclusion.

Stay tuned for the unveiling of the new speakeasy underground concept at the original Pearland, Grazia Italian Kitchen located at 9415 Broadway Street and the expanded offerings of handcrafted fusion cocktails.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
