Art on the Go Murals

Grab your camera and get ready to pose, because Pearland’s collection of murals are the perfect backdrop for an Instagram-worthy post and “most likely to be next year’s Christmas card” family photo. Some of our favorites include:

  • The colorful “Pearland” mural on the exterior wall in old Townsite on a building facing Killen’s Barbecue.
  • The “Take it Back” mural commissioned by The Houston Astros in 2019. Acclaimed muralist, Gonzo247, painted the mural for Win No. 10 in Pearland Town Center.
  • Jimmy Changas’ “Fresh. Mex. Fun” mural is the perfect celebration of the wild jungle atmosphere the family-friendly restaurant is known for.
  • The abstract pop-art mural found at BAKFISH Brewing Company’s taproom. The mural incorporates sharp black puzzle-like lines and characters infused with bright colors.
  • The amphitheater and tunnel in Independence Park features a large, colorful graphic that celebrates the performing and visuals arts. Forever Parks Foundation unveiled the mural in 2019.
