Pearland Opry on the Square returns on Saturday, September 22 to the pavilion at the Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway Street. Held in partnership with the Pearland Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Pearland Town Center, the FREE concert series is held quarterly.
Entertainers scheduled to perform on September 22nd include: Miss Leslie Sloan, Tori Vourganas, Michelle Brown, Glenda Lynn and country music legend Tony Booth.
The Pearland Opry on the Square format features national, regional and local acts in a Grand Ole Opry style format. Visitors can bring lawn chairs, blankets and coolers to enjoy an evening of western swing, traditional and contemporary country music under the Town Center pavilion in an outdoor setting.
“Pearland Opry on the Square is quickly becoming a popular outdoor event in Pearland. We’re very proud to showcase live music with this caliber of artists and provide visitors with a new way to experience Pearland,” according to Kim Sinistore executive director of the Pearland Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Free of charge, the concert includes awesome sounds by a great country music band and outstanding country music vocalists. Visitors can bring a friend and get ready to two-step, boot scoot and line dance the evening away.
