Grazia Italian Kitchen of Pearland mixes things up and keeps their clients coming in for more!

Chef Steve Haug puts a new twist on Grazia’s brunch menu with new offerings debuting on Sunday, May 29 at the popular Pearland restaurant location.

image[fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=In addition to the infamous bottomless mimosas, guests can indulge in seven spectacular new dishes on the brunch menu including a new spin on the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Best Bites winner:

  • The award-winning smoked beef short rib tops the brunch menu as the Smoked Beef Short Rib Omelet
  • Plus other standouts including, Prime “Prime” Rib with USDA prime black angus rib eye; Filet Mignon Benedict; Crab Cake Benedict; Shrimp & Grits; and the “Boss Haug” with lightly battered and fried asparagus, poached egg, jumbo lump crab, and hollandaise sauce.

Sunday brunch is served at the local restaurant between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Chef Steve joined Adrian Hembree, owner and Larry Bates, general manager of Grazia Italian Kitchen in October of 2015 and has steadily incorporated new menu offerings and amassed a following of guests plus accolades.

The trio recently announced the transition of the Speakeasy (The Noble Experiment) to a dining space simply to meet customer demand. The additional seating space is earmarked for 21+ age crowds with a sophisticated bourbon and whiskey bar area. The bar is open for normal bar service as well.

The most significant change is the Speakasy is now open Wednesday through Saturday with reservations available for parties of 1+. The intimate 50-seat space is perfect for private events as well.

“Responding to our customer’s needs is the main driver for the change,” according to Bates. “We’ve significantly reduced our wait times with this recent switch and have already received positive feedback from our guests.”

Grazia will soon offer reservation options via the online OpenTable website. Exclusive wine dinners and cooking classes continue to be offered on a consistent basis and are overseen by Chef Steve.
