The Box Bakery and Kitchen opened at 1130 Broadway St., Ste. 114 earlier this year and has become a sweet tooth staple in Pearland with their delicious confections and friendly staff. This Halloween, The Box has planned a spooky Saturday evening featuring prizes, games, a DJ, and of course a few tricks and treats. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. on October 30th and run until 8:30 that night. 

Alongside their scheduled soiree, the Box Bakery and Kitchen has concocted a chillingly fun activity for those wanting to party at home with something besides the traditional candy bar or caramel apple. For $25 you can preorder a Halloween-themed cake decorating kit including icing, sprinkles, fondant toppers, and a cake baked to petrifying perfection. The bakery is also taking orders for their cookie decorating kit and hot cocoa bombs. 

Local favorite Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery has published their list of their seasonal offerings, as well. With fall delicacies like pumpkin cheesecake, caramel apple, and butter pecan on the menu you’ll want to stock up on multiple flavors before walking out their door.
