Where is the Pearland Town Center Event Pavilion?
The Pearland Town Center is located at 11200 Broadway St. near the intersection of Highway 288 and Broadway/FM 518 on the west side of Highway 288. The Event Pavilion is set at the heart of the retail center in an island just past the intersection of Town Center Boulevard and Market Street.
INSIDER TIP: What’s the best way to get to the Pearland Town Center?
If you are coming from Houston, travel south on Highway 288 pass exit FM 518, and exit County Rd. 59. Turn right on to County Rd. 59 and take the first right onto Business Center Dr. and follow for approximately ½ mile. Turn left at the Pearland Town Center Entrance and immediately left on Town Center Drive. Follow signs to the Pavilion and begin looking for parking near Dillards.
Additional access points are also available off Broadway Street/FM 518, which include Kirby Drive and Business Center Drive.

Parking is available in any of the open, retail parking spaces at the Pearland Town Center.
Are pets allowed to attend the event?
The event is outdoors at the Pearland Town Center; four-legged friends are welcome on a leash.

The Food Truck Court is open Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday trucks include Foreign Policy featuring Korean, Greek, Mexican and American Cuisine and Duron Kettle Corn. Sunday trucks include Foreign Policy and C&S Rollin’ Smoke.
