When it comes to Hubcap’s 17 creative specialty burgers, you’ll always manage to find more room for the next bite. Take the Hangover Burger, for example, a beef patty topped with bacon, grilled ham, American cheese, fresh-cut fries, and country cream gravy. Or show your Texas pride with the Texas BBQ Burger, a fresh ground beef patty topped with BBQ sausage, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and crispy fried onions.

Rather keep it simple? The traditional burgers are the route for you with favorites like the Double Meat Cheeseburger, the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and the Chili Cheeseburger. Or try a lighter bite like the Greek Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, you’ll find the specialty fries. Our favorite is the Hell Fries, twice-fried potatoes topped with cayenne and chili powder with Sriracha mayo sauce and jalapenos.
