Calling all burger lovers (which is all of us, let’s be honest)! Join us in giving a warm welcome to the newest member of the community: Hubcap Grill. This mouthwatering burger joint prides itself on its fresh-never-frozen beef and hand-cut fries. Every meal is cooked-to-order to achieve max freshness and ultimate flavor.

You don’t have to take our word for it, because Hubcap’s specialty handcrafted burgers haven’t gone unnoticed. The critics have taste-tested and the people have spoken to praise Hubcap in publications like the Houston Chronicle’s Best Burger Joints, Texas Monthly’s Greatest Burgers in Texas, and USA Today’s Top 10 Airport Sitdown Dining.

Now, owner Ricky Craig is bringing Hubcap to his hometown of Pearland. Natives of the city may recognize the new location as the previous spot of Big Humphrey’s Restaurant. But no fear, Ricky says Hubcap will continue to serve up the beloved Big Humphrey’s Pizza Burger on their menu. And with plenty of spacious indoor seating, a refreshing outdoor patio, and a terrific beer selection, the new Pearland location is sure to match the fantastic experience Hubcap fans have come to expect with the hometown feel that’s sure to make it a new favorite.

So let’s talk business.

When it comes to Hubcap’s 17 creative specialty burgers, you’ll always manage to find more room for the next bite. Take the Hangover Burger, for example, a beef patty topped with bacon, grilled ham, American cheese, fresh-cut fries, and country cream gravy. Or show your Texas pride with the Texas BBQ Burger, a fresh ground beef patty topped with BBQ sausage, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and crispy fried onions.

Rather keep it simple? The traditional burgers are the route for you with favorites like the Double Meat Cheeseburger, the Mushroom Swiss Burger, and the Chili Cheeseburger. Or try a lighter bite like the Greek Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, you’ll find the specialty fries. Our favorite is the Hell Fries, twice-fried potatoes topped with cayenne and chili powder with Sriracha mayo sauce and jalapenos.

Suffice to say, Hubcap Grill is the real deal and they don’t take any shortcuts when it comes to serving you the best of the best. From start to finish, Hubcap uses quality ingredients—even their toasted buns are made in-house!

So if you’re looking for a sign to treat yourself at the newest burger joint in town, this is it! Be one of the first to dine-in, takeout, or pick up during Hubcap’s soft opening Monday – Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and follow them on Twitter for daily specials and event updates.
