Scheduled for Tuesday, March 8 at 6 p.m., Grazia’s first cooking class will feature a menu favorite.  Chef Steve will conduct the “How to Make Scrumptious Crab Cakes” session.  Each student will have a station and handle the preparation and assembly of the Grazia classic.

While the creations are in the oven, the classroom setting moves to creating cocktails.  Led by Noble Experiment’s alchemist, each student will learn the art of crafting 3 cocktails focusing on vodka, gin, and pisco.  Students will discover the history of the spirit and their respective uses in cocktails.
