Thrill seekers will have their choice of fun. Armstrong has premier rides in his carnival, including the Himalaya, the Pulse, a ride that was imported from the Czech Republic, and the fan favorite Tilt-A-Whirl ride. Armstrong is currently importing a new ride from China that he will be adding to his assortment of rides. “We are excited to have Todd bring his quality of amusement to our fair and our community,” says Paul Tibaldo, Galveston County Fair & Rodeo president.
Fair goers will be treated to free admission on sneak-a-peek Thursday and with the donation of two canned goods to benefit a local food bank, carnival armbands will be discounted to $15. Daily carnival discounts will be offered Monday through Thursday during the fair’s run. Regular armband prices are $20 for Friday night and $25 on Saturday and Sunday.
