Pearland Alliance for Arts & Culture and Pearland Arts League will host the second annual Fusion of the Arts 2016 event on Saturday, September 10 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Reflection Bay Event Center located at 12234 Shadow Creek Parkway.  Guests will enjoy a program including Allegro Pearland Academy of Music, Kidsbackporch Productions, Pearl Theater, Global Organization for Divinity (Indian Dance Group) and the Pearland Arts League 6th Annual Juried Art Exhibition.

Fusion of the Arts 2016 is FREE to the public and supported by a City of Pearland Cultural Arts Grant Program from the City of Pearland Convention and Visitors Bureau.

A complete line-up of performances are scheduled throughout the day including: Allegro Music Academy; Kids’ Backporch Productions; Pearl Theater; Global Organization for Divinity followed by the Pearland Juried Art Exhibition Awards Presentation at 6 p.m.

The Pearland Arts League 6th Annual Juried Art Exhibition will be expanded this year with three categories of painting, photography and sculpture. Renowned artist, Patrick Palmer, Dean and Studio School Faculty Chair and Department Head of Art History at the Glassell School of Art Houston, will be the Juror for the Juried Exhibition.
