Chef Monica Pope is the guest speaker at the Keep Pearland Beautiful 11th Annual Plant Thyme Fall Luncheon on Friday, October 10. Monica Pope is a former Top Chef Masters contestant and proprietor of Sparrow Bar and Cookshop in Houston Texas. Come hear her speak about her work with homegrown herbs in cooking, her time in front of the camera and her work with Recipe for Success Foundation. A silent auction will take place in conjunction with the luncheon. The native and adaptive plant sale will begin immediately following the lunch.
