Pearland celebrates the nation’s birthday with an evening of entertainment on Friday, July 4th at The Pearland High School Football Stadium from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  A VFW military salute kicks off the celebration followed by a performance of the national anthem by the Let Freedom Sing talent search winner.  Enjoy the sounds of the Drywater Band until sundown.  At 9 p.m., enjoy a spectacular fireworks show, “unleashed” by Westside Veterinary Hospital, to conclude the night. Food is available for purchase or you can bring your own. Please note that alcohol, glass containers, pets and tobacco are prohibited. Activities will also be on-site including face painting, inflatables and strolling entertainment.
