Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Houston Metro Go Texan Committee, Alvin/Pearland Subcommittee gears up for its annual Cars & Cowboys Car Show on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway Street (Dillard’s parking lot area)

The FREE, family-friendly event offers:
• 30+ Car and Truck Classes;
• Entertainment;
• Kid’s Zone with face painting & games;
• Concessions and “Mouth Watering Brisket” prepared by the HLS&R Committee Cooking Team;
• A Military Service Personnel Appreciation Ceremony to Honor our Local Police, Fire and EMS Professionals;
• Lots of Great Vendor Booths;
• Awards for all Car Classes;
• Automated and Expert Judging for Efficient and Accurate Results of the Car Show

Proceeds benefit the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.  $200,000 in scholarships were awarded to Alvin and Pearland high school students through the Show’s educational commitment in 2017.
