The Pearland Convention & Visitors Bureau is currently accepting artist applications for its 2016 edition of the Pearland Art & Crafts on the Pavilion.  The two-day event will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 and Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Pearland Town Center pavilion from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In its third year, the event highlights handcrafted artisan pieces created by local and regional artists.  In addition to shopping for unique gift items, visitors will enjoy live music, food trucks and a kid’s interactive station.  This year, the event will be expanded with additional offerings currently in the planning stages.

“We’ve had a great response during our early bird application period with several artists returning again this year.  During our open call for artists, we welcome area artists to complete the online application to become part of this unique, art show.” according to Kim Sinistore, executive director of the Pearland Convention & Visitors Bureau.
