“Visitors can take advantage of a long weekend with a stay in one of our hotels and experience a food and wine festival plus everything Pearland has to offer,” according to Kim Sinistore, Executive Director Pearland Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Dionisio Winery, the hosting winery for the Wine and Food Festival, is pleased to announce this year’s festival will feature 10 wineries, 10 food vendors and 30 plus additional craft and specialty item vendors for shopping.

Visitors can enjoy live entertainment and special giveaways, while tasting wines and pairing wines with a choice of delicious menu items from diverse countries. Add a unique shopping experience for a perfect getaway.

“Although we want people to take pleasure in this rewarding excursion of wine tasting, we do want this experience to be an opportunity to give back as well,” said Clarice Nelson-Aranda, Chairman of the Wine and Food Festival. This year, a portion of the festival proceeds will benefit, through a sponsorship, an upcoming expo for women veterans hosted by Artistic Celebrations.  The non-profit organization is the Women Veterans Business Center, which began right here in Pearland. “We estimated last year’s attendance at 1,000 plus people and hope to greatly exceed that number this year so that our commitment to the women that serve our country will be beneficial and make a difference.”  Online ticket sales so far have surpassed expectations.

Online ticket purchases are encouraged via Eventbrite with a full package or Living Social and Groupon for buy one, get one deals which include drink tickets.

Admission fees are limited due to the high volume of online sales and start at $30 for a full package which includes 10 tasting tickets, a souvenir glass, a t-shirt and wine bag, while supplies last.

A VIP tent will be available for an additional entrance fee and exclusivity with our sponsored items.
