Ms. Betz has studied at the University of Texas and abroad in Japan, Greece, and Italy. She returned to the US in 1995 and opened Betz Art Gallery in Houston. Her sculpture of the “Allen Brothers” is permanently installed in front of Houston City Hall. Ms Betz also created a series of bronze dancers featuring soloists from the Houston Ballet. The Pearland Chamber of Commerce also has Ms. Betz’ work on display.
