Get ready for 22nd annual Paws in the Park on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3 at Pearland Town Center, 11200 Broadway Street from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hosted by Pearland Parks & Recreation, this two-day event will bring together pet enthusiasts throughout the Gulf Coast area to enjoy a weekend of fun activities for all ages.

Each year, Paws in the Park begins with the HEB Pet & Owner Fun Run at 8 a.m. where participants can compete with or without their four-legged friends in the 1K, 3K and 5K races. Register by March 28 for a discounted price. Late registration will be available onsite the day of the race from 6 to 7:30 a.m. for $25. Other weekend activities include Dock Diving, US Disc Dog Nationals, The world’s highest jumping rescue dog, Hydro with Canines in the Clouds, adoptable dogs, doggie fashion show, training demos and various pet vendors at the Westside Veterinary Hospital Exhibitor Pavilion.
