Start 2017 at Pearland’s Winterfest – an annual outdoor festival featuring all kinds of wintery fun. The family-friendly event is scheduled for Saturday, January 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium located at 4141 Bailey Road.

“We are excited to be able to offer residents a way to start their new year off right – having fun, surrounded by friends and family. This event is one of our largest, most popular events of the year,” said Chris Orlea, Director of Parks & Recreation.

The event will provide a full day of entertainment and activities which will include snow tubing hills in the H-E-B Winter Zone, a carnival, inflatables, games, rock climbing and a petting zoo provided by Westside Veterinary Clinic.

Tickets are on sale at the Recreation Center & Natatorium through January 27. The cost is $10 for kids and $5 for adults. Bring a canned good for the Pearland Neighborhood Center, to receive a $2 discount on pre-sale tickets (maximum one discount per ticket). Recreation Center & Natatorium members will receive a complementary ticket to the event which can be picked up at the facility before January 27. There will not be any discounts the day of the event.
